In brief

I turn sound and memory into physical form. My PhD at METU, “Sound Data as Design Material”, developed the method behind Call for Life, shortlisted for the Lumen Prize 2025. I teach graphic design at Bilkent University and co-founded Mirror Fabbrica.

Mnemonic Data Sculptures

Recorded voices and sound transformed into generative 3D forms and fabricated as physical sculptures. Shortlisted for the Lumen Prize 2025.

Interactive & Sonic Systems

Real-time WebGL works and generative sound in which the viewer’s body becomes the instrument, as in Chromatic Field.

Data Physicalization Research

Building on my PhD, “Sound Data as Design Material”, I study how physicalizing data makes personal and collective memory tangible.
